The cost incurred for purchasing RPO (Rust Preventive Oil) is very high, prompting one of our customers to seek an alternative to RPO. Meanwhile, parts that have already been treated with the existing RPO occasionally show signs of rust because they sometimes come into contact with water, and weather factors (rain) can also have an impact.

Solution

To address this issue, Eonchemicals offers a solution with EonTrim Nocor E6, a rust preventive liquid with the following features and benefits:

• Water-based emulsion concentrate, making it much more economical to use compared to oil-based RPO
• Does not rust even when exposed to water
• Softer scent and more fluid, making it more comfortable for operators to use
• Effective in providing rust protection for up to 6 months, making it reliable for both short-term and long-term rust protection.

Application

• For optimal results, use a ratio of EonTrim Nocor E6 1:9 (10% concentration in water)
• Dip the part that needs rust protection
• Drain the part until it appears completely dry; a blower can be used to aid the drying process

EonTrim Nocor E6 is a water-based emulsion rust preventive that:

• Is more effective because it can protect against rust for longer (up to 6 months), even if the part is exposed to water
• Is more economical because its application can use 10% concentrate + 90% water
