[Sharing Session] Secrets to Staying Fit and Healthy While Fasting

Fasting is not an excuse to be lazy and unproductive as usual. Feeling weak during the day is normal, but it can be managed if the food we consume at dawn meets our caloric needs.

In an internal talk show held online on Monday, April 18, 2022, Eonchemicals invited a Vaccinologist and Internal Medicine Specialist, Dr. Dirga Sakti Rambe, M.Sc., Sp.PD, to share tips on how to stay fit and healthy while fasting.

 

Dr. Dirga highlighted five tips to stay fit and productive during fasting:

  1. Ensure adequate calorie and fluid intake.
  2. Maintain good sleep quality.
  3. Continue regular physical activity.
  4. Complete vaccinations and adhere to health protocols.
  5. Take medications regularly if you have chronic illnesses.
